We achieve the standards we do by working as a team. Here we are - mugshots and all!
Luke Conrad, Head Landscape Gardener
I'm Luke, Streetscape's Head Landscape Gardener. Passionate about creating beautiful gardens, I've got over 20 years'
experience delivering the highest quality for clients, from owners of private estates to those of you (like me!)
with small front gardens. I joined Streetscape in 2011. It's an exciting venture and I'm really enjoying the challenge
of training up Streetscape's apprentices on-the-job. In choosing us, I'll guarantee you'll get
top class service - Gold Medallists at Hampton Court Flower Show 2011 -
and help young people into work.
Jerone Haywood, Streetscape apprentice
I'm Jerone, one of Streetscape's apprentices. Before Streetscape, I'd never had a job and was really struggling
to find one. To give my CV a boost, I did some voluntary work with Streetscape during their pilot project in October
2010 and was then offered an apprenticeship. No longer spending my time looking for work, I'm enjoying myself working
for Streetscape's clients and learning new things every day. Now, I want my career to be in landscape gardening.
Listen to Jerone talking about his experiences with Streetscape and the Gold Medal winning Coppafeel! Garden
at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2011.
Jordan Howell, Streetscape apprentice
I'm Jordan, 20 years old and from West Kensington. Before joining Streetscape I had never had a full-time job.
I'd been out of work for over a year after studying Music Technology at college. When I applied for the
apprenticeship, honestly, I didn't think I'd get it as I had no experience in landscaping and had been rejected
in so many job applications before. But I did, and was very happy! Since being on the team I've learnt a huge
number of things. My favourite parts are the hard landscaping and clipping. I particularly enjoy the hard work
and the shapes we create in the gardens we work in.
James Gubb, Co-founder & Project Manager
My background is in research - an Oxford graduate, I was director of the think tank Civitas' health research unit
for five years before setting up Streetscape with Guy, a lifelong friend of mine. It's been an amazing journey;
sometimes I have to pinch myself that we're here, with our first apprentices, in little over a year. Now, you'll
find me in the project management role, making sure our apprenticeships are top-notch and that our systems run
smoothly so you get that seamless service. Importantly, I also run Streetscape's programme of
personal development for our apprentices.

Guy Watts, Co-founder & Chairman
I've been a keen gardener pretty much all my life. Post-university, I spent four years working at one of Europe's
most prestigious plant nurseries, Architectural Plants.
Here, it became clear to me there was a real lack of new and enthusiastic talent entering the horticulture industry;
and a real opportunity for young people, eager to learn a trade, to gain employment. Three years later, here we are!
As Chairman of Streetscape's trustees I am passionate about sharing my love for gardening with our apprentices,
and volunteer two days a week working on business development.
Also a bit of a fan of extreme sporting challenges, on 31st July 2009 Guy broke two world records as part of the
first and fastest pair to row unassisted land to land across the Indian Ocean in 102 days, 13 hours and 40 minutes.

| Trustees |
We couldn't do what we do without the support and guidance of our trustees. They are:
Guy Watts - Chairman
Stephen Fishbourne - our very own big-hitting City lawyer.
Natasha Nkonde - fundraiser extraordinaire.
Judy Oliver - simply the best when it comes to managing people.
Nigel Watts - the silver fox who keeps us firmly on our toes.
Nor would we be here without the valuable work and dedication of many others who have volunteered their time and
expertise to make Streetscape a success. Read on about volunteering and
our partners.
